Dr Anjali Kumar is the best gynaecologist in Delhi NCR. I was suffering from endometriosis and she did my endometriosis laparoscopic surgery. It was a great experience with Dr Anjali Kumar at the CK Birla Hospital. One of the best doctor in Delhi NCR for women problems.

Dr Anjali Kumar was our top choice for a gynaecologist as we got to know we were pregnant. Through the 9+ months of pregnancy and to the birth of our first child, she’s been an absolute delight and a privilege to interact with. What brought us to the doctor was her experience and demeanour, as seen in her content on her YouTube (Maitri). What kept us going back to her was her calmness, logical advise, and keeping-it-simple philosophy. (No unnecessary advise on not eating this/ not doing that) All through the pregnancy we got appointments on time, be it at CK Birla or her clinic. She also always gave us adequate time to run our queries by her. In the labour room, despite her seniority she came several times to check on my wife. When things were getting a bit stressful, and there was a chance to go for a c-sec, she gave us the confidence that a normal delivery was possible. And then I witnessed first hand the way she emphatically motivated and empathetically counselled my wife to push the baby out. We can’t thank her enough and will always advise anyone and everyone in Delhi, especially Gurgaon, to go to her.

I was suffering from PCOD since 2013. From the age of 16 I started gaining weight rapidly. I had no idea about pcod , but all I knew was that something was wrong. I had symptoms like weight gain , irregualr menses , at worst no menses for 6-7 months straight ,facial acne & hair loss . As a teenager , all I was concerned was about my weight . Not only I was obese but also faced restlessness , fatigue ,body ache . In 2016 I consulted a gynaecologist . She prescribed dyna for 3 months . I took the medicines on time but after 3 months the results were still the same - “ NO MENSES " My doctor asked me to repeat the medication for 3 months more. And these months never lasted and I kept on taking different medicines , vitamins , dyna , hormonal pills ,etc . • 2016 Entire year I took lot of medicines but I experienced no weightloss and no cure of my PCOS. Later I started developing serious side effects. •2017 Frustrated from the side effects , I stopped taking my medicines . I faced serious vomiting , stomach pain ,fatigue, moodswing etc. •2018-2019 I switched my doctor again in a hope but the result were still the same , different medicines and lot of side effects. Everyone gave me a different and mysterious advice but one thing that everyone adviced ( or in normal language ,taunted ) is lose your weight and everything will be cured automatically. Not only I exercised but also was on a strict diet for few months. But my regime was very hard and boring and fast food felt like heaven . Medicines didnt worked , diet didnt worked , excercise didnt worked . I didnt know where I was going wrong or missing my efforts . Disappointed from all sides I again started eating as much as I wanted without getting worried for more weight gain Strict diet always pushed me towards unhealthy food . •2021- One day I was scrolling instagram and saw one of the best mother daughter duo ,Sejal di and Anjali mam. Started following both of them and then I got to know about Anjali mam and Maitri . But for obvs reason I hesitated as I know pcod is non curable and I have to take the medicine throughout my life. ON 29/04/2021 - I took mam’s appointment and my beautiful journey started here. Mam not only helped me to cure my pcod but also encouraged me towards a healthy life style . She encouraged me to take plant based diet and some medication that I have not taken earlier. My weight on 29/04 was 82 kgs . For next 8 months I followed mam’s diet and some medicine I lost 25 kgs of weight . Today my weight is 57 kgs ( 27 Jan 2022) And I can proudly say not only i lost my rigid weight but also i am cured now I am no longer suffering from pcos. I am no longer obese . I am mo longer unconfident or conscious for my weight. I am soo grateful for everything. MAM really helped me in my journey. She was there in my journey as a mentor and guided me with everything. She not only helped me physically but also mentally. She taught me a life long lesson about healthy living and healthy choice and to move forward with all the good choices. Lastly for all the girls out there suffering same or another women issues Nothing is permanent Everything is curable All you need is a good mentor and willingness to achieve that. Been following Dr. Anjali’s youtube channel for sometime since the start of our pregnancy. Although for some reason or none actually, we foolishly assumed she’s not from Gurgaon where we were based. By good luck however we realised otherwise, just before a very critical last phase. We have been to at least 5 gynaecologists over the last 3 years- what sets apart our experience with Dr. Anjali is that, she is directly approachable anytime and if not, she connects back to you, for sure. This is a challenge with specialist doctors, although we understand they need their privacy too; so this sacrifice /commitment alone sets Dr. Anjali wide apart from the rest of the Doctor community here in Gurgaon. We would rather keep our judgement on her technical field to ourselves as she has both pedigree and experience and feedback from others to qualify that aspect. We really liked how Dr. Anjali breaks down the jargons into a layman speak and ensures the patient / guardians understand clearly about the issues she has been advising one for. Also, Dr. Anjali’s coordinator, Ms. Pooja has been such a blessing for us as she is the most responsive, professional and caring coordinator one could get. She responded in the late night hours and again checked with us early morning next day and always accommodated for genuine emergencies. She always gets back as promised within the exact 10 minutes with Dr. Anjali’s feedback/advice that she commits to when responding through whatsapp. And this aspect of coordination was the main reason we stopped visiting our earlier gynaecologist as we had to wait forever for the response / revert irrespective of the patient’s situation. There were times we are sure, the coordinator never relayed our message to the Doctor as we still feel she was also such a warm and excellent gynaecologist. We have now completed a month after the birth, and still looking forward to continue with Dr. Anjali even though we have to come to Gurgaon all the way from Delhi (Shifted recently). Thanks to Dr. Anjali and her team and pray this team continues with all their health and vigour...

I recently delivered at CK Birla Hospital- it was a C Section and the experience was just amazing! Dr Anjali as well as Dr Kiran have been extremely helpful throughout the 9 months as well as during and post the delivery. The operation itself was a breeze and the recovery has been brilliant- I was walking by the 2nd day of my delivery and had the dressing removed by the end of week 1. The hospital along with its staff were extremely professional. Would highly recommend
