Dr. Anjana Singh handled the pregnancy and safe delivery of my baby recently. She is an excellent doctor who guided me every step of the way. I was able to trust her advise completely due to her knowledge, skill and constant reassurance. Thanks to her guidance, I delivered a healthy baby boy through a natural delivery. She is one of the best gynecologist in town. She understands the issues and the treatment and the medicines suggested by her help you get through the issue at one go, unlike other doctors she doesn't leave a chance to give her best in everything she does. I met Dr. Anjana 4 years ago, i was trying to conceive but was failing every time. Dr. Anjana played a major role in not just easing my anxiety. After asking about the medical history in detail, patiently formulated the conservative management plan. I have insisted on IVF, but she refused, saying that I have not worked hard enough,. We have all experienced ups and downs in the treatment, but her patient behavior has always made me happy. I am very lucky to have this little bundle of joy. I thank Dr. Anjana for all her efforts. She is sometimes very strict with you, especially if you don't abide by her treatment, but don't be sad, it's just for your benefit.

Doctor Anjana is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. Her staff is also very caring. She's even helped assist me with others in the family. She does not rush you in and out, expect a wait because she takes time with her patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, she is a great lady!

We took appointment at 9 as per the timing and she reached by 10 without any point of sadness in her face. We talked with the receptionist at Max even she was not aware of her whereabout. Anyway, when we started telling our illness, she was in so hurry that she has to immediately go somewhere. She started calling some unwanted friends and gosspining about her one of the clinic over phone. We requested to listen but she just started writting medicine. I stopped her and asked about the problems and asked her suggestion, she neither bother and asked come after 5 days.. although we have all tests done. We were very disappointed. I personally complianed to the medical office Abhishek and he told that he will speak with her but I am sure he didn't. This lady Anjana Singh, I don't call her Doctor.. she is a money maker, egoist and a pathetic human.. nobody should visit her in any point of time. The master pushpanajli.. has to take action on there I will raise this to social media along with her prescription.

I wouldn't have come on this platform and shared my experience but we have already lost our baby who was about to come in this world . We have accepted this bitter truth but wanted to inform others so that they don't suffer like the way we did. First of all I want to state that I have a huge respect for Doctors and medical staffs but there are few points I would like to state where improvement is required and should be taken as constructive feedback. Honestly speaking, I didn't have a good experience with Dr Anjana Singh and even she felt the same about me as she thought that I didn't trust her process and raised lot of questions. Key points which I want to address are as below : 1) Every doctor should show their human side and should sincerely listen to their patients without getting irritated . I know they have their own families as well along with the herculean medical tasks but patients are approaching them with lot of hope and expecting encouragement in tough situation. In my case, I lacked the support and kind gesture from my doctor even though she was knowing about the criticality of the case. 2) As we were expecting our 1st child and reports were not appearing as expected, it was doctor's responsibility to have a fair discussion with us and informed us about the pros and cons if we are continuing with this complicated pregnancy. Whenever I used to ask her few questions, she showed me lot of attitude and never cared about the pain we were going through. I feel doctors should be a bit polite and approachable but it was not the same in my case. 3) We have religiously followed the process and got all the possible tests done till I got the hint of some major risk. Being an educated person, I tried my level best to get my queries answered which I was not getting from my current doctor. I approached lot of other doctors from the same medical field and they have clearly told the seriousness of this pregnancy and it's adverse outcome. We were going through an enormous Mental trauma which we can't express in words. 4) Its true that we need to be very cautious and safeguard ourself during this time of pandemic but when someone is approaching a doctor with reports regarding this complicated case, then doctor should take those reports in his/her hand and read it thoroughly but in my case it was opposite. She missed key points several times which I have reminded her later. 5) Finally , I got the clarity from a fetal genetics specialist whom she doesn't trust but I am really thankful to that guy who has explained the situation very clearly and showed me the reality. And whom she has trusted and asked me to get correct opinion from there, I didn't get proper response from that doctor on the main issue . I know she will never accept her fault and will come up with the line 'Few things are black and white in medical term' 6) But I am sincerely thankful to Dr Anjana for finally accepting the fact after seeing the conclusive evidence and then she decided to go ahead with inevitable step. Somehow, what I felt is even she wanted to get rid of me and vice versa is also true. She might feel that I have troubled her a lot but she should be a bit empathetic towards our enormous pain due to this tragic loss. At the end , just wanted to convey that I still have a huge respect for medical staffs and will never lose faith in them but I have addressed the issues which I faced and they require some improvement. I was just sharing my own personal journey which didn't get a happy ending ...
