β β β β β I went for a face pimples or acne treatment.. After a lot of research online,I decided to go
to Dr Anna Alex.It's been 2 month into the treatment but I have seen no results on my face.She advised me to consult after 2 month
later but worst thing is that same amount of fee I have to pay before consult...So finally I have decided never ever go there... ????

β β β β β Dr. Is ok but management of the clinic is pathetic. Extremely disappointed.I booked the appointment with advanced payment , then she didn't came see to the patient After waiting her for 2 hours I had to leave as my home was 200kms away. My appointment was then shifted to next week . But again they said my turn was last. Which meant I had to wait 2 hours again . My question is how can the management staff of the clinic be so unprofessional. They don't listen to what the patient is saying. They just say " refund lelo sir". They don't care about the patient's important time. Doctor comes 2-3 hours late. They make you wait alot. And the treatment is not worth the wait. My suggestion will be to see some other doctor.

β β β β β Very expensive, rude behavior (didn't even hear me properly) & I got zero results from her expensive treatment...I can't understand why some people rate her as one of the best dermatologist..she charge so much fees & prescribe expensive medicines with zero results.

β β β β β I was bit worried before seeing reading the negative reviews but SHE'S THE MOST GENUINE DERMAT I have met ( coming from someone who's seen 15 dermats). she's not gonna fool around or throw expensive procedures on your face. She listens and responds properly :). she's dope :)

And prescribes minimal & needed treatment
I thank her for treating me from skin problems...
One must visit her if facing skin problems

β β β β β I read reviews mostly negetive, reason is She is down to earth, she doesn't talk much but understand problem of patients. She is not money minded but she knows value of money as she has grown from poor class family. Waiting is high as she gives 50 appointment only in a day. Treatment is little expensive as it's required to care skin.
