He has lung and heart problems..
When doctor see him immediately suggested to admit in hospital and in ICU i was confirmed that there is no need of ICU so i decided to
Consult another cardiologist and he only give some medicine and after 2 days granfather was fine.. So i will say that try another doctor as he only took money and large fees and no improvement no other doctor recommended ICU admit ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment with doctor for 2.30 pm on dated Oct 30 2019. Before leaving from home, just called the clinic and i surprised with modified appointment time i.e 3.45 pm. No problem as i was there at home so waited more time and finally reached to the clinic at 3.45 pm.
Now i got extreme surprised by listening that current number was 11 in queue and i need to wait 2 hour more as my number was 25.
This was the height of unprofessionalism and extreme torture on me (patient). Finally i decided to leave and taken appointment with other doctor.
Today in such a busy schedule no one has whole day time as free to wait only for doctor appointment. If doctor's time is important then we (patients) time are also important. After all, all are human being so equally important.
Considering non importance of patients in view of doctor, i would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard a lot of good deeds about Dr. A R Goel so I decided to take my mom for his consultation as she was feeling some heaviness near her heart. He diagnosed and started the treatment but was always reluctant to talk about it. Multiple times I tried to talk to him regarding the treatment he was providing to her as I was really worried but he would never talk swiftly about it. He never told about how long the treatment would go. It was fine till then as I understood that it might not be possible to tell that right away. After 45 days of on-going treatment I tried to know about the progress as to when will my mom at least start to feel that the treatment and medicines are reciprocating in a correct way. But he responded like I asked him something wrong.
They charge 700 Rs. every third day and won't even talk to you for 10 mins straight. They never provide you any receipts for the fee they charge every 3rd day. Doesn't feels right. Feels like they are just running their shops like any other businessman does. I respect a doctor's profession but I believe they should realise that too. They have a huge responsibility as a doctor.
I know they do need to earn money as they are also professionals. But something somewhere is not going in a right way. I have a lot to write here but I think it's fine as this is just a review. Not even sure if it will go somewhere. But he is not as good as I heard he is. May be he used to be good earlier but not now. He is never punctual and is just busy in making some profit now. I can say the assistant is better in attitude than the doctor.
Can't believe I have to write such things about a doctor. Don't wanna hurt anybody's feelings but the truth should be out.
