★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is completely based on mis management by the staff they really don't know how to manage customers & Payment mode is also not convinent only Card & Cash and lady at reception didn't know how to swipe card and asked me to wait until other lady who was doing procedure is not back. I literally had to go ATM to get cash and make the payment which wasted my 25 min time... Seriously they don't care about your time it's just you have to be on time for appointment.
PLEASE START USING UPI PAYMENT FOR CUSTOMER CONVINENCE

Dr. Kinare is very excellent and experience. Also he is very familiar with all his patient. One of the best #Radiologists I have ever seen.He is soft spoken and explains each and every detail of the baby with patience.I truly recommend his clinic......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Rating is completely for the management. Dr Neha Agarwal is had done great job. But during our recent visit the lady at reception charged 500 rs extra than what the doctor (₹3000) had mentioned and then after I noticed and brought it to their notice she just simply increased the amount to ₹3500 instead of returning the money and over wrote the receipt. These kind of people's bring affect the reputation of good doctors.
Since I had travelled almost 20km and had to go to another doctor so could not waste time in argument. I sincerely hope that the management makes note of this and takes necessary actions and make sure that such things don't happen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctor but extremely messy handling of reports/appointments by the receptionist. This lady jumbled up my reports and then expected ME to travel back to her clinic, knowing that I live in Ravet and I'm 6 months' pregnant.
Either put your head into work or atleast be mindful enough to acknowledge your mistake. 'Sorry' is a word Punekars never heard of anyway.
