★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mam thought process is beyond our imagination when I said about problem she quickly understood and talked to make him comfortable and build repot .
With this the motivation input provided was grapsed and he felt it is sensible.
There is no gyan dose but specific input and make patient relaxed which boost energy to face the situation

Got very good tips regarding my issues. Specially about how to have control over thoughts.
Also ' Relaxation Therapy ' by Mr. Ravindra Kulkarni is really good. To calm down & for positive thinking. Would love to take this therapy after every few months.
Thanks Mr. & Mrs. Kulkarni. The name 'My Mind Matters' is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked as a intern in My Mind Matters for 1 month. It was an amazing experience. I have learned alot from this internship which will definitely help me in my personal development and also in professional life. I have learned new skills, new knowledge and little bit of experience which matters to me. Both Aruna ma'am and sir along with Shreya ma'am were very helpful and supportive and ready to share their experiences with us. The discussions we had were very interesting. Overall it was a month full of learning new skills and observing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Dr Kulkarni's clinic whilst I was staying in Pune with regards to a few personal issues I had with my partner. Dr Kulkarni listened to my problems and helped and advised me with the best steps to take to help me live a happy life. She was very professional and I would recommend her to many out there.
At some point in our lives we feel that problems get on top of us and we see no way out. But that should not be the case there is professional help available and no one needs to suffer in silence.

The wellbeing and confidentiality of the client has always been their first priority. I highly recommend my mind matters if you're looking for a non toxic environment as well as a good therapy session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to Aruna ma'am really helped me clear my thoughts and become self aware. Ma'am patiently listens to everything you have to share and never interrupts. She will very well help you reflect on yourself and find the decision making power within yourself.
The Deep Relaxation therapy helped me calm my anxiety a lot. It also helped me spend time with me peacefully. Sir is extremely talented in his skill. I recommend MMM very strongly.
