★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was suffering from acute rheumatoid arthritis and her ra factor was 158 and anti CCP report was 500. Her left knee required a surgery due to severe damage which was worsening with time. During the lockdown period the situation became worse. When Dr. Lala investigated with his medical team he suggested an immediate total knee replacement. For the time being it was a hard decision for me and my mother there came the time when the doctor and his team supported us through every possible means. Giving us the courage that the hope of light is just behind our decision. Thus on 14 th of January 2021 I admitted my mother at IRIS hospital my mother's name is Mousumi Roy. After the surgery she is doing fine and is under the doctor's treatment and physiotherapist Bappa. My mother can carry on with all activities at home which makes her happy to walk back the steps as the early times. In this hard world Dr. Arunava Lala is the best person who deserves all trust, belief and faith. He blesses his patients with touch of God through humanity. Lots of love to him and his team thank you so much doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fall down from staircase at Gariahat on 9th September 2019 and broken my right leg and hand into pieces. This accident was very soft and the impact was so big. I was immediately taken to IRIS hospital by my driver and fortunately, Dr A Lala was present. After X ray the seriousness of the injuries were revealed. It was long operations for two days to set the hand and leg right with external metal support.
I stayed under the guidance of Dr Lala and continued with physio therapy. Slowly and gradually I came back on my almost normal routine. I can walk now with almost normalcy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Arunava Lala is a precious gift to the society since the renowned specialist's alignment towards his responsibility to his patients is way greater preaching the world with the essence of humanity and responsibility towards society. When medicines fail miracles work and in my case my time turn over came when I first went on a visit to my doctor. My case was a really critical one with complications demanding for a Total knee replacement surgery. At first I was very tensed then on with my doctors help and support team I gained my courage and got prepared for the surgery. I didn't knew that God has greater plans for me and my doctor has got the key for it. It's been just a month of my surgery and I am back to track of my healthy happy life really grateful to my Dr. Arunava Lala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to consult him at EEDF. He didn't really attend to my problems and seemed to be in a hurry. On my 2nd visit he was keenly watching some video on his phone. Didn't really care about my condition. Extremely disappointing behaviour by such a well known doctor. All the good reviews must have come from patients who consulted him at a higher fee, privately.

Last year I had an injury in my left ankle.I have consulted with him and he asked for Xray from different type of angle and also referred for CT scan and he concluded that ankle surgery should be performed to restore the delocation of ankle. Quoted surgery cost would be around 2.7 lac and minimum 4 to 5 months bed rest. After that I used to receive a follow up call from hospital for surgery.
Later on I have consulted with 3 more orthopaedic surgeons, they all confirmed it was a hair line fracture and I got recovered within a months time
