★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here some time ago. Dr. Ashit Sheth met with me after some wait time; he asked me a question. Then he started to nod off to sleep while I was talking in the first 5 minutes! I mean I get that most patients in need of psychiatric help probably have the same story of depression and mental anguish but come on...isn't that the reason we have to see a professional for help?! At that point I was in a lot of pain but looking back (and getting help from elsewhere) I can see how horribly unprofessional this guy was. Plus they charged me 5000 bucks for this first nightmare of a visit. Doctor I thought recommended medicine to help me to sleep. Staff at desk (who charged for some 50 Rs. for medicine separately) gave me the wrong med the first time! How did I find this out? Believe it or not I was in so much pain back then I went again for a 2nd appointment. They charged about 4000 then and when doctor gave prescription the guy giving the medicines saw my file and came out and said to the reception that the 2nd prescription was actually given to me the first time and that I had not received the first prescription - this time cost ran into 500 approx plus consult 4000. I had gotten there early the 2nd time and I could see how badly they were treating patients who had come to pick up their medicine and didn't have enough money to cover it. Anyway, the lack of respect for patients etc put me off completely and I never went back. Got help from a cheaper, less fancy place that has been a blessing. I didn't swallow the pills that were given to me bcoz I didn't trust them and turns out I was fine and didn't actually need the medicines at all. Go figure! Unlimited Potentialities is just a fancy money making place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aloakika Bharwani is one of those therapists, along with Ashish Sheth, who can and will use their influence to label terms, use biased views, coerce with emotional bullying. Worst of all was the push into a rabbit hole of pharmaceutical drugs especially when not needed. Went to ‘Unlimited Potentialities, Vile Parle West and Ms Bharwani's clinic in Bandra on Linking road for marital problems. That went down with some tests that soon revealed I ‘apparently’ had other ‘serious’ mental health problems. And taking advantage of everything, I was put on to pharma drugs, which destroyed me as an individual, married life and even my career. I was a zombie incapable to feel or do anything. Their goal was to ensure I am ‘hooked’ on for life for therapy and drugs. Which actually defeats everything their profession stands for. It took me 3 years to recover from that ride to hell and back. I have other therapists and counsellors to thank. And independent tests from 3 other reputable places revealed I had no ‘mental’ health issues at all. On the contrary, I was told, the dosage and drugs prescribed was meant for some with clinical mental issues on one hand and for someone of my age, it did not make sense. Be extremely careful while dealing with such imposters who capitalise on your vulnerability instead of actually helping. Just to give an example, when I mentioned to Ms Bharwani and Ashit Sheth that I was emotionally unavailable, they actually prescribed Viagra, so now you know.

Dr. Mohit took over and i got support and treatment which really changed my life. I am so thankful to all of you at Unlimited Potentialities. After just a little time i found perfect medicine combination for myself, It suited me best. So happy to have been treated by them. Highly Recommended!
