★ ★ ★ ★ ★ मानसिक तणावात असलेल्या पेशंट ला खूप छान वागणूक देऊन त्याला त्यातून बाहेर पाडण्यासाठी मदत करणे. आणि त्याला जाणवू हि न देणे कि तो आजारी आहे. हि खूप छान पद्धत आहे डॉक्टर. फक्त पैसा महत्वाचा नसून पेशंट ठीक होणे हे तुमचे ध्येय आहे. खूप कौतुकास्पद आहे हे. माझा अनुभव मी शेअर करत आहे.  Treating a mentally stressed patient very nicely and helping him to get out of it. And don't let him know he's sick. This is a very good method, doctor. Money is not the only thing that matters. This is very admirable. I am sharing my experience. Thank you doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Hi everyone. I’m 57 years old male person. I came into contact with Dr. Ashwini Kulkarni ( Neuro Psychiatrist ) in the month of September. Earlier in the month of July, I started with some strange, unusual, restless & uneasy feelings. At that time following were the symptoms which I’ve noticed :
Low energy, Depression or Sadness, Lowered self confidence, difficulty in concentrating, Insomnia or difficulty in sleeping, decreased motivation, Scariness, Throbbing in the chest & variation in the BP.
For the proper diagnosis & the treatment, I went to the local Physician ( a friend of mine ) & on his advice to the Cardiologist as well. Also I’ve carried out the several tests they both have asked me to get done. The reports shows that all the test results were normal. But even then also since I was facing the same problem, I told my Respected Guruji regarding the same, when he as well as my Physician friend, both asked me to consult the Psychiatrist immediately. As per their suggestion & the recommendation of my Physician friend I immediately consulted the Neuro Psychiatrist Dr. Ashwini Kulkarni. After having the consultation & counselling for few minutes she immediately came to know what the problem is & started the treatment & she asked me to follow the treatment sincerely & with dedication, give me few months & I’ll make you mentally so strong & confident as you were earlier used to be so. And you don’t believe me, within very few days I’ve got the positive results & seen too much improvement in myself. Henceforth I continued her treatment till today very sincerely. As a result of which I’m feeling much better with drastic improvement in the confidence & mental illness for which I must thank to my Respected Guruji, my Physician friend & of course Dr. Ashwini Kulkarni ( Neuro Psychiatrist ) as well for the same. And I am happy to mention that it was possible for me to get out of this state of depression so quickly only because I’ve consulted the Neuro Psychiatrist at the early stage of depression without any hesitation. People always think that why should I go to the Psychiatrist if I’m not affected mentally. But my friends it may be a problem because of which you are feeling depressed, uneasy, restless quite oftenly.
So it’s my sincere & honest request & suggestion to all those suffering from the so called disease having symptoms which I have mentioned earlier, that don’t ignore & hesitate to consult the Neuro Psychiatrist & get the proper treatment to be started in time as I did.

Improving and treating ones mental health is not only about medication but it is to make the person feel more in control of their life. Dr _Ashwini__ has been pivotal in doing just that for me during my stressful student year where along with suitable medicines she has, with baby steps, allowed me to get comfortable with the uncertainties and also take control. In times of distress one needs an ardent listener and when that listener is an expert, then the patient stands half treated already!! Thank you Dr.Ashwini kulkarni!
