Very good doctor in my area he is the best ortho doctor Note:- Nature wise he is very supportive and helpful doctor to patients

He thinks he is God, actually he should be behind the bars. Worst doctor, soon we would do solid police complaint against this greedy uneducated uncivilised doctor, we have few of his recordings already where he is so greedy and bad

Discourtesy in Words and Behaviours Doctor supposed to be polite and understandable, but Dr. Atul Kr. Gupta, Physician in Goyal Hospital, Krishna Nagar Delhi-110051 failed and doesn’t fit well for both the terms. My parents went for some high BP and Sugar issue in COVID situation due to urgency. My father was unable to sleep whole night due to tangling issue in legs and even can’t sit or walk for longer time. Dr. Atul Kr. Gupta’s timing in Goyal hospital is between 10:00 am to 11:00 am as per the receptionist and no need to make appointment for his consultation. On the day of consultation, he came half an hour late and without showing the sense of appreciation to patients, he started to call the patients one by one. When my parents went for consultation and started to extract the existing medical reports from the beg and they took several seconds due to nervousness, he said in a rude and loud tone (kind of yelling) ‘’Kaise Kaise Log aa jatain hai, sab documents nikal kar rakho, mera time waste kar rahe ho’’. He literally said these words to my parents and without listening much, he saw the last consultations prescription and written the same medication of another doctors, after knowing that those medicines didn’t suit to the patient and suggested some tests. ‘Can’t a patient be nervous?’ ‘Is it wrong to take several seconds to start the consultation?’ I think yes, Dr. Atul kr. Gupta’s behaviour indicated so. I would like to tell Dr. Atul Gupta that we have paid for your services and consultation, so you have to give time to us. If you can come late, waste our time then we may take at least our consultation time because we have paid for it and you are being paid for this work only. If you don’t have patience and capabilities to handle work stress then no need to work with good hospitals and degrade the goodwill of Goyal Hospital. My request to Goyal Hospital is that if you want to maintain good rapport in the industry then don’t appoint such kind of Doctors who are unethical and thinking that they are doing favours on humans by giving their services.

Two Doctors are available here. Dr Atul is a Senior physician and his expert in his field. I loved his genuine helping nature. Dr Leena is Ultrasonologist and she's also expert in what she does. All the services are very reasonable as compared to other clinic in Krishna Nagar
