★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 Star for the Support Staff. The lady who first check the patient's weight and basic data input considers herself a surgeon. Utter RUDE and senseless.
The Doctor, though very optimistic, couldn't find the root cause, and kept encouraging about how the treatment and expensive medicines will help.
If you have to see the way patients are treated in Tier 3 cities, this clinic could be a classic example. Patients are treated, and spoken to in an utterly rude, impolite way, even though the charges are of a Tier 1 city.
Not sure if the doctor is aware of his staff's behavior.

I think the staff was helpful however I don't know about the staff that much because we come to hospital to meet doctor not staff
Overall whatever I was expecting from the staff I got

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good without any doubt. However the appointment system and the number system is very unorganised. They don’t give you correct time to come and mostly you would have to wait for 2 hours which I feel can be managed easily but the staff is not very active and energetic.
