★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Really difficult for me to rate even two stars. Since the diagnostic quality is yet to be compared, I would rate it two out of five. Worst is the staff handling entries and taking calls. A simple tele-enquiry management could have reduced the crowd significantly. Further, despite temperature soaring 40 plus and having AC at reception area, it was switched off! Very poor infrastructure coupled with bad staffing (quality of the diagnosis yet to be out) makes it a poor option. Other options should be explored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place when I was referred for an ultrasound by Dr Ameena. I had a very bad experience due to the behaviour and negligence of staff. This place certainly needs serious improvement in customer service and for that matter, in humanity and ethics. I am listing my experience under -
1. Unresponsive and arrogant staff - Probably they are the only imaging centre in that area so they enjoy a kind of monopoly. The staff is arrogant and they speak to customers in a very unprofessional way.
2. Favouritism - While I and others who came before me kept waiting, many of their knowns were given priority. There was no waiting period for their knowns, they were just coming and were instantly sent to the ultrasound room When I protested, they just ignored me.
3. Unethical behaviour - My wife was 9 months pregnant but they made me wait for 5 hours alongwith other people in the queue. They do have female staff in reception but they didn't understand my wife's situation. Meanwhile, their known one's were being attended out of turn.
4. Incorrect and incomplete report - When I showed that report to Dr Ameena she said the report was incomplete and I have to visit that place again. By that time my patience was lost I told the doctor that I don't want to visit this place again. Thankfully, Dr Ameena intervened and they did an ultrasound again.
My suggestion would be to find other alternatives for your medical imaging needs. Especially if your patient has serious conditions.
