★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete lack of regard for time. I understand doctors are busy but no one is forcing her to quote a time 2 to 3 hours before her arrival. Also making cancer patients wait like this is inhuman.

Overdose of chemo medicines due to to carelessness, complete mismanaged working hours, arrogance and lack of empathy is costing patients their well being. Even repeat patients who have visited her before like us had to face consequences of her ageing.
