★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is okay except urine sample collection place, they don't have specific place and washroom is so dirty- no light, No water in washbasin, no hygiene. For elders it was worst situation to collect sample. No water at all to wash hands. I request management to atleast look into hygiene and basic amenities.
