I write on behalf of my father who was misled to giving a five start review.
When he visited the facility, the attendant asked for his mobile phone on pretext of getting him registered on their system. She claimed that this shall help us get our reports directly on email/whatsapp.
What she did what open the google maps and awarded the place 5 stars.
It is abhorrent behavior and we feel cheated.
It is not to take away excellent services the B Lal provides in general.
