★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the reception i have asked for consultation fee just before going to the doctor where she told me that if you pay from the link it will cost you ₹199 otherwise it will be ₹499. I have booked this appointment from my friend's phone so i was calling her and meanwhile the receptionist told me that it's okay if you are not able to find link you can pay from the scanner. That's why I was going for a consultation.
Dr. Dhara told me that you will need 1 year's treatment but I was not sure if I am able to take this lengthy course so i asked her to give me some time to think.
As I am not taking their treatment she doesn't give me any file or prescription even though i asked for it.
After that receptionist provide me one scanner and ask me to pay. And as she mentioned earlier i pay them ₹199 from that scanner.
I don't what happened after that but she discussed something with doctor and asked me to pay ₹499 if i am paying from that scanner and not from that link.
I told her 2-3 times that i already pay ₹199. Still without listening my problem she was like please pay ₹499 even if you have that link. She was really rude.
I felt that nobody wants to treat me but just want my money. After knowing i am not willing to continue their treatment, they started behaving rude. Haven't seen or visit this kind of clinic before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m not satisfied with Dr.Batra's place i m taking my facial treatment from last 7 months i m following all the instructions given by the Dr but still can't see any changes or improvements in my skin.it is getting even worst then it was whenever i ask Dr to feel some improvements in reply she always asks me to have another packages which are more costly then i m having now. totally upset with Dr.Batra's place.waste of money.
