★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Batra is amazing brand,popularly known for amazing result delivery. That's doesn't mean that staff, and doctors are also deliver the same. It's really hard fact to digest, but it is true. Customer support services are dreadful, after contacting no of times, even sending request sms, customer support are least bother to give a call back to patient, which is nothing than nightmare. 70% patient choose Dr Batra because of their patient friendly policy, but now its more difficult to recommend considering the terrible customer support. Tony Hsieh rightly said "Customer service shouldn't just be a department, it should be the entire company."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yr completed course of medicine for hair fall and hair re growth.no any effect.now a Times due to condition of covid-19 they recommend that they extended 2 month which are left due to lockdown . After unlock first of all they are not agree about that 2 month medicine . after some argument they agree nd send medicine of 2 month but whole year we took medicine 2 time per day bt when they have to sent last 2 month medicine nd only one time per day nd told that we change ur course...inwin year course they told everymonth now we change ur medicine.. every month same answer bt no effect...pls don't go save ur money nd time... In 1 yr 2 doctor s change..new doctor recommended for extended medicine course nd also say that start my medicines....
