★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father who is 70 had been feeling unwell for a few days - we had concerns around BP fluctuations, digestion and some chest pain. We consulted Dr. Bhaskar Banik in this regard. He was very friendly and took the time to listen and understand the problems. He provided simple and practical solutions. He explained everything to us in details and also answered all the questions we had. Apart from the medical aspects of the problem, he pays a lot of attention to patient comfort and satisfaction - given the pandemic situation he gave us a dedicated appointment slot so that there was no rush or waiting. He shared his phone number so that we can reach him for any urgency. He mentioned that he would be willing to visit in person if the need arises. All these are a huge plus especially for aged patients. Overall we had a very good experience with Dr. Banik and would highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of the most down on earth doctor who listens to you very patiently and provides feedback based on exp. Inexpensive and most importantly helped us learn about the problem and provide solution. Will definitely update as my grandfather's treatment is progressing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is so down to earth .Great human being just like a God on earth . anytime available for all the human beings. Never insists always assist. Treatment wise is explained with two real-time incident
A) We needed him to visit us in morning at 8:30am for critical situation of Mohit granduncle he patiently listened to us and clearly understood the situation of emergency
and visited us.Thanks again Dr Sir for your support that day which will be remembered till my last breath
B) I called him for a visit for a consultation at around 11:30 am he allowed me on the go
These incidents are always noted . Please keep your support to all human beings like this.
Real incident great doctor sir great human being all the treatment and medicine prescribed by him are also cheaper the overall treatment cost is less and happy welcoming doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called him seeing the reviews but the experience was horrible. My mother who is paralysed thus bedridden from past 3 yrs was having urine infection . I called him he asked for a pick up and drop service plus he charged 2500 as home visit. Till here it was absolutely fine. He asked to get a urine culture and routine test done and asked me to send the reports on what's app. After sending the reports he again asked for a consultancy of rs 500 . How unprofessional and unethical is that. They are no doctors they are a shrude business with no empathy. They should b blacklisted from this noble profession where we give them the name of God
I have never heard or seen any doctor asking for fees of the same patient who he is already treating.

Ms. Agarwal ma'am, I strongly oppose your views about Dr. Banik. If any doctor ask for consultation fees, will they be blacklisted?? This is our duty to remunerate them when they give their valuable time for a patient either online or offline.Time is a very significant factor for any doctor . He saved my mother's life when she was critically ill two years back. My mother is still fine only because of Dr. Banik who is God for my mother and family too. If I take few minutes from any doctor for consultation, I should spread my hand with remuneration which they deserve and there is also a mental satisfaction from patient's side too... my ethical sense says like it.
Last but not the least, i am really grateful to him and salute for his dedication for those patients who have faith on him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is treating me for 20 years and we are very happy with his way of treatment. We feel more confident specially when he ask for fees as we know it is guaranteed treatment. If he says to continue as other doctors then he is not interested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One day my husband woke up in the morning with fever and headache, Even after giving him paracetamol for 2 days his fever didn't come down,
I searched on the internet and came across Dr. Banik . The reviews were good so I called him up at 6.40 Am. He gave us immediate appointment at 7 Am.
Listened to his issues and prescribed required medicine. He suspected it to be a dengue fever and asked us to get some tests done. It came positive . Finally next day he adviced me to admit him to hospital as situation got worse.
I was very happy that we got immediate attention otherwise things could have been worse as my husband didn't want to go to hospital. Very happy with the service .
