★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I began my journey in October 2020 .and my weight was 69 kg.I did daily exercise one hour a day at vyoma hospital..I used to follow diet chart which was done by zaran ma'am..in additional I eat healthy meals as per the meals plan provided..all combined efforts I lost 10 kg and Inch loss too in April 2021.. losing the extra weight,I am able to Move around better, more flexible..I recommend 5 out of 5..I m really satisfied with vyoma hospital.. thank you so much zarana ma'am..
