Hospital is good but the doctors and staff members are careless just like other government services. The behaviour of staff members is not good. So it can only be used as first aid not for critical cases. Many of the assigned doctors don't come daily. Doctors only check the patients only for 20-30 seconds just for formality. Too much crowded. All the facilities & equipments are available inside the hospital. 24x7 emergency services available. Hospital is neat and clean but the condition of toilets and washrooms is really bad. Too much crowded so I will suggest you to go there before 7am if you are going for the first time. Located on 2-3 km far from atta market. You can easily get e-rickshaws.

Overall is good, But it could be more better in terms of customer delight, It has been observed while last visit that, The major crowd is in the morning for collecting the One Rupee token ques, As per the current time Most of service provider taking the maximum leverage of now Technology. It could be online or technology bass booking, the same will help to get more productivity. Or at least can increased the manpower for reduces the ques. COVID 19 - RTPCR testing facility are available, report will be available at government site post 24 hr or instant as per the doctor advised.

I visited at DCH for Vaccination yesterday however my slot was for 1pm but I decided to go at 11 am. In may there was huge rush for 18+ but in June including me there were only 4 people. Entire process has been finished within 5-10 mins. Everything was fine in terms of cleanliness and staff but the parking in the basement was really scary like a horror movie scene. I am giving 4* bcoz nurses didn't ask or suggested anything for vaccination, I showed the slip and she jabbed me that's all.

A hospital with all of the facilities but due to poor management and lack of commitment from the government, it is failed to provide the best service. Few of the highlights from my visit. 1. You need to spend a good amount of time to get the prescription. 2. Better to carry a Coin of 2 rupees, or else the receptionist will not return the extra amount by saying that change is not available. 3. Parking for two and four-wheelers is easily available at no cost but the parking area is poorly maintained, although it is well constructed. 4. Homeopaths and allopaths both doctors are both available. But none of them pays attention. They just briefly go through the patients and prescribe the medicine or suggest visiting another hospital. 5. Medicine is also available at no cost, but some medical needs to purchase from outside. Although one medical is available on the campus which gives a good discount. 6. Nearby this, there is a good hospital for kids. If needs assistance for kids then must visit. 7. Few of the surgery are also available at this hospital at no cost. 8. Good constructed but poorly maintained. 9. You can get tested/diagnosed at a minimal cost. 10. Take a cab or auto from the nearest blue line metro station. After all, I would recommend visiting this hospital for minor to moderate types of illness or injuries but never visit in the case of any emergency. A request to authority and management, if every facility are available then please use it wisely and provide the best service to mankind.

Today,I visited Government district and combined hospital, Noida Sector-30 in OPD, the doctor consultation was good and he prescribed medicine which was provided by the hospital free. All the staffs were helpfull and luckily I got a food packet offered by some Punjabi people. Overall I am very satisfied.
