★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was such a long waiting queue. We went in the morning, the person at the reception told us that it will take more than 2 hours. He noted the patients name and told us to come in the afternoon. So we went in the afternoon and then got to know that actually there is no appointment system there. And then our name was added at the end of the queue and again we were told a wait for 2 hours.
There should be proper communication and you should not just fool patients..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the doctor did a good job of curing my teeth, he and the staff was not polite.
Also the dentist always has at least 2 hours of waiting list. We have be seated there till our turn comes.
This dentist should know that costumer service is as important as quality of work.
