★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked for varicose vense specialist 1st suggest dr pandharpurkar they told us this is not varicose vence he suggest dr shrankhala after all reports and 2 yrs treatment she not able to understand the problem only, Very bad experience, wastage of money. No any result after 2 yrs treatment. After 2 yrs she recognized my dad have varicose vense after dads legs in very bad condition. She also threatening that if you are not getting admit here we have to cut your leg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr Charulata for my mother who has probably a movement disorder. She asked for admitting patient and getting MRI done. This visit happened after two months of visiting various doctors in Hinduja and no one being able to diagnose correctly. Since all tests were normal we chose to get the MRI done as an out patient and did not get admitted. When we visited with report she said all is normal and it is psychological. However how can something which is causing abdominal involuntary strong movements every day for hours sometimes the whole day be so psychological. After finishing consultation as an after thought we were asked to show videos of the episodes and then share them with her as well on WhatsApp. I was confused. Obviously she needed to consult someone else. However we never heard back from her. The episodes continued and my mother was almost bed ridden due to extreme weakness. Thru the two months with lots of research and with the help of two family friends one who is an MD the other a pharmacist in the US plus a doctor from Vadodara we reached some diagnosis and Medication has been started which has given her relief. The first time in two months. My request to all doctors - pay attention to your patients. We come to you with trust. We don't want to look at Google and self diagnose. But it is such treatment that turns the patient either to self diagnose or to loose faith in doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misdiagnosed my mother with Parkinson’s . My mother was on wrong treatment . This is the doctor who said just by looking at you I know you have Parkinson’s . No testing done. I don’t know how these kind of doctors are allowed to practice medicine.
May be I should file a complain with the Maharashtra Medical Council.
They have huge egos but no knowledge or skills . Unfortunately many doctors like her in Mumbai .
Please don’t go to her .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor I have ever met. She wants to create permanent patients for her. I had issue with my left face side which affected all upper side gums. Due to Sunday, hinduja emergency ward gave me reference for this doctor for further assessment. Next day , I had appointment with her and she told me to do MRI. Meanwhile she gave me tablets to reduced the pain. After 2 days, she checked my MRI and told me that I have loop in my brain and due to this my fifth brain is affected. I have to continue this tables for next 1 month and meet her after 1 month to see progress. When I had met her after 1 month, she told me that you need to continue this tables for life time. I had shocked. I decided to take second opinion and second doctor listen to my case and saw all the reports. After checkup, She told me immediately to stop these medicine. If pain persists, go to dentist as you have tooth problem which affected your left face side. Regarding loop in brain, she explained that healthy person do have loop in brain which is not harmful. It does not require any treatment unless nerves is compressed. After stopping medicine, I had pain again. I visited to dentist and he also confirmed that the issue is with wisdom tooth which he extracted subsequently and I got relief finally.
Thank god I stopped taking charulata's medicine . Otherwise I would have become brain patient permanently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly in nature but during opd consultation she is always on mobile phone. & her assistant only look all reports and taking history she dint even see patients reports. You have to pay 1800 +220 covid charges only for 5 to 10mins. Doesnt see patient in very details like others dr. Do.

She don't see the patient more than 2 mins only her assistant dr looks. They charge rs 2020 only for 2 mins. Dr Charulala not intrested in examining the Patient. Visting such Dr is waste of time and waste of money.
