★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He's the best heamatologist in sir Gangaram hospital.He has treated my daughter. She was suffering from SLE , Autoimmune ENCEPHALITIS, 2 HLH with CNS manisfestation WARM AIHA , PACYTOPENIA , LUPUS ANTICOAGULANT POSITIVE.She was very critical but now she is normal and progressing fast .

He saved her life when we lost our last hope for her.
She was diagnosed with Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP) and became very ill and critical.
Initially when she got ill and her platelets suddenly goes down to below 10000, general physician and medicine experts was not able to understand why these things happens to her and after 2 or 3 days she started experiencing Fits - seizure again and again.
The doctors started Platelet infusions to balance the platelet count, but her condition was getting more worst.
When the medical team and family lost thier hope for her life. We took last chance and went to Sir Gangaram Hospital and consulted Dr (Col) Jasjit Singh, clinical Hematologist there. He took 10 min to find out from the reports and clinical history that it's a clear case of TTP. He asked to take the patient immediately at Sir Gangaram Hospital. He personally involved in the admission process. Same day he started her treatment.
The whole medical team was shocked when they got to know that her ADAMTS 13 level is below 0.2%. But the didn't lost their hope.
They started the Plasma Exchange procedure immediately with Rituximab Injections.
And After 5 procedures she started becoming conscious. After 13 rounds of PLEX she became fine.
Now She discharged from the hospital, she is completely fine.
We are very Thankful to Dr Jasjit Singh. He has vast experience and excellent practice.
He supports us emotionally as well with his polite nature.

My name is Lalit Goela, aged 75 years & patient of myelofibrosis since the past 12 years. I am being regularly treated at Gangaram hospital. There is no cure for this disease. Medicines are only a palliative. Since the past 3 years I had been surviving on blood transfusions which were required every 2 months in order to maintain my Hb level. My condition was deteriorating, my weight reduced, I started to have nausea and giddiness and shortness of breath. My family was broken.
By my sheer good luck in Dec 2020, a new haematologist joined Gangaram hospital by the name of Dr. Col. Jasjit Singh. I am under his care and treatment since then. He meticulously went through all my records and diagnostic tests. Since then, I am only on his prescribed medicines/drugs without any requirement of blood transfusions. My total quality of life has changed since I started following his treatment. For me he has been my saviour and God’s blessing. He is a genius in his field of medicine. Jasjit Singh Ji was Godsend fir us. He is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my Father's health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of Medical care. I especially loved how Dr.Jasjit Singh Ji really took his time to explain my father's conditions with us as well as treatment options. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Not only the Doctor, all his staff are very friendly and helpful. Now my Father is doing good and this all due to Dr. Jasjit Singh Ji and his team effort. One more thing I would like to add is that Doctor Singh is from a defence background and it shows in his personality also he is very disciplined, caring and with a positive attitude.
