I read your below response. I just have to say that there is a difference between discouraging and being arrogant.When a patient contacts you , you should mention your policy first hand . Your are a surgeon and obviously no one will like to give you a negative review for the service that you provide to the society but there's always a way of explaining things to your patients.The way you talked to me was hurting and I was forced to give a negative review. Thank you
