★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Debashis is young and dynamic. Above all he is a very good human being. He understands patient's ailment and diagnosis accordingly. He treats every patient as his close aide/family member/friend. Very adaptable to new technology. The best part of him is he takes care how the patient could procure the medicines at a reasonable price. That's a remarkable thing in him. Once I attended a seminar at KIMS, where many of his patients shared their experiences . Few patients are from outside Odisha. They visited many hospitals but to their dismay. But he is like an Angel for them. Who not only treats them but also take care how could they reach to him and get the best clinical treatment from him. I wish him all the very best in future. I strongly believe he will lead to the Pinnacle in his profession and do something extraordinary which will be milestone in treating Rheumatology .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was 1.30pm on 24.07.2021 (Saturday) when we reached Rheumatology OPD, KIMS to consult Dr Debashis Maikap. He had left for lunch but came back from mid way to see my mother in law (patient). He made us understand about the disease (arthritis) and it's control for half an hour without any sign of tiredness or irritation. We got overall idea about the disease which will be easy for us for treatment in the days to come.
Now-a-days, we see most of the doctors talk to the point and get irritated if patient asks some questions. But Dr Maikap was different. Will be happy to consult him in future.

I especially loved how sir really took his time to explain the health conditions and as well as the treatment options. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is one of the most prominent,experienced and expert Rheumatologist in Bhubaneswar.I appreciate his treatment methods ,the way of he explain about the disease in details to the patients and his dedication toward his work.I have seen many of his Rheumatoid Arthritis patients including my mother who are improved a lot and living a painless life.I am visiting his OPD at KIMS hospital regularly as my mother is on his treatment for RA for last 5 years and now she is well for which I am very thankfull and great full to him.
