Dr. Chirag is undoubtedly great at his profession but, a wonderful person too. I have been following Dr.Chirag's advice from long time and definitely, it has helped me achieve great results and move towards a much healthy lifestyle. The diet plans provided by him are designed with utmost care taking in account ones body factors, which work great and provide best results. Dr. Chirag answers any queries without hesitation and available 24x7 to assist and motivate his clients while their weight loss / health journeys. I can say that every conversation with him has been valuable and added a positive element to my life. Despite the fact, I was based overseas (UK), Dr. Chirag was able to assist me with the best diet plan and advices, understanding the fact well that I had limited access to time for cooking and indian grocery. I will highly recommend without hesitation to anyone who is struggling with their weight and wants to practice a healthy lifestyle.

Good wishes I've started his program in January 2020 to cure my thyroid. My TSH is now stable. Along with this I could cure many of my health problems. His diet plan and Pranayam took me to the spiritual path.. I feel more energetic, confident and calm. I' ve also reduced 5 kg weight. I would recommend everyone who wants to know what one should eat at what time to visit once.. One visit only can change your life.

Dr Chirag Dhakan is an amazing person who has great knowledge of right combinations of food and timing. We feel we are eating right yet are not getting the desired results and feel unhealthy. But Dr Dhakaan tells us why and gives us solutions to our problems with a lot of yummy food options. I personally feel amazing after following his plan. I have lost a lot of inches and 6kgs. I eat the same food that i usually eat but at proper time and in proper way. Being a vegetarian I get all my protein, vitamins and all my nutrition that my body requires. My skin has improved, my hair has improved and my digestion issues which I had since years got sorted. All thanks to Dr. Dhakaan. I would strongly recommend Dr. Dhakaan's diet to everyone!! Its not diet he gives. Its the lifestyle he gives. Once you start there's no stopping to healthy eating!

I've started my journey on end of the december and achieved my goal of loosing 10 kg in July but in between I took break twice of a month still managed to loose weight in 4-5 months. I've just followed the diet given by sir and had a basic workout like brisk walk and pranayam of 30-40 min everyday. Sometimes I enjoy the cheat day and if I crave for some food in between the diet then I also enjoy that lil cheat meals also. Sir is very communicative and motivates alot. I feel super healthy and refreshing after following the diet. And my health just got better and better each day. My skin looks super smooth and acne free now.
