It was a great transformation.The diet plans were easy to follow and she always motivated me by telling me the importance of good health.Her knowledge and guidance really gave me a better health. I must say one right strike of awareness and it took me to another level, I am a yoga instructor now and my journey has been one of the inspiration and real hustle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Dr. Palki for weight loss treatment and I started my journey with 79Kgs on 20 July 2020. After 6 weeks of plan my weight is now 73.8 which is 6 Kgs less. Her diet plan includes everything which anyways you have in your day to day meals. Her understanding of BMI and what is best or you is second to none. I highly recommend Dr. Palki for weight related issues.
