★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Paras Bhosale, MBBS student from MGIMS Sewagram. I got twisting knee injury 7 years back while playing cricket, and then there after I was informed by orthopedician that i got a ligament injury which was confirmed on MRI, I got ACL complete tear with partial medial meniscal tear.Orthopedician told me that I need to get operated for this but I tried to manage it conservatively for 7 long years. But there were frequent episodes of locking of knee, which caused complex tear of medial menisci over this 7 years.
Recently when my knee was locked I was unable to open it and that caused immense pain to me for 3 4 days. Then I got consulted with Dr. Dhiraj Gupta Sir from one of my batchmate who was earlier operated for same ligamnet injury. I talked with sir, sir said that its a need of hour to operate it immediately, and he was explaining the consequences of delaying the surgery, and he convinced me totally that post- surgery it will be so better that even I can again start playing cricket within few months after. Then he operated me for the ACL reconstruction surgery and partial menisectomy. Right from day one, physiotherapy was started and I walked 3 steps with help of walker on the same evening of surgery day. Even I was not ready to believe thay it happened that I can walk thr same day. My Physiotherapist sir also was very kind and humble and explainatory to me. Dhiraj Sir send their team's best physiotherapist to do my physiotherapy. I am very thankful to Dhiraj Sir beacuse right from reaching the hospital before surgery till i reached my home post discharge he continuously himself had taken follow up regarding my all the problems, this shows how caring our surgeon can be. He is just like God for me who had given me a new life where I can run, play and do each and everything for which i was been restricted to do since 7 years. I am very thankful to sir for their continuous followup which they themself call and ask for. I have never seen a such a kind-hearted surgeon.
Very very heartful thanks to Dr. Dhiraj Gupta Sir and their best team to operate me and giving such a care post surgery also.

The surgeon is fantastic ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Dr Dhiraj Gupta through a common family friend & my brother in law, when he conducted a free camp for orthopedic patients, at Forest Society, in which large number of patients attended. His approach was very positive, working with full integrity & without a trace of trying to develop his own practice. In many cases he solved the problems of patients by guiding them to do exercises or by taking Physio Therapy & most of them has been Benifitted by it, from last 4 years, when that camp was organized.
Since then I have referred many of my friends and relatives & all of them are very satisfied, as most of them were advised to do surgeries but as Dr Gupta, being experienced as Sports Orthopedic ( He was Orthopedic Expert for Indian Olympic Team) tries to avoid surgeries.
In addition to being a Capable Surgeon, he is Very Good Person, due to which Patients tend to be Psychologically benefitted for their Recovery. ( Like the old time's Family Doctors)
