★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service for delivering moms . Below is my experience a week ago for maternity Deluxe room :
1.Toilet flush itself does not work properly and there is no water available most of the time.The person accompanying you has to bring a bucket of water as aya (bai's) are also on leave without notice and there is no backup available.My husband had to bring a bucket full of water from outside for using in the toilet which is very traumatising.
2.Hospital bedsheets and pillows are on worst condition as if not washed for a couple of months.
3.The bed is not properly placed .Its not attached to the wall so u cannot place your baby beside u due to the gap.
4.Sponge bath just means providing a bucket of hot water after requesting for it .You need to clean yourself on your own .
5. Room is totally in a bad shape ,even the toilet roof has a leakage
6.Cleanliness of the room can be rated as -10
7.No proper lighting in the room
8.Even after all these conditions you are charged as if you are provided a very good service
9.No tea or coffee served in the evening.
10.Most important: At least a clean bottle of hot drinking water is expected to be served on its own as a hospital service ,that too needs to be asked for several times and is served in the same vessel in which it is boiled ,no thermas provided to keep the water warm.
There is no option of a negative rating yet hence rating of 1 is the only option .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are good. Have been visiting dr. Nemane. Extremely good doctor. But the staff here is pathetic. They don't have any manners how to talk to the patients. Extremely rude. Have no work ethics. They just consider you inferior and don't respond to your queries or rather don't help out in any manner..just disappointment. The women at the reception are always busy with there phones and show no interest in helping out. Helpers are sleeping in wards. There is no management of going in doctors cabin according to your appointment.. everything happens randomly.. doesn't value time..
