★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour by reseptionist. Apparently she knows how to take appointment but doesn't know how to keep it. She makes you wait even if you have appointment. And sometimes doesn't let you meet the doctor at all. And doctor seems to ignore this. Very rude and unpleasant experience for the paitents. Pathetic management.
