★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sir, pls understand patients from nook and cranny of vijayawada come to your hospital. But, to no avail as the reception staff is either too arrogant or not properly informed about your availability. It coveys a message that the arrogance is backed up by your administration. The reception staff asks us to give a call on the number given on the medical book for appointment, but no one lifts the call. I am of firm belief that your overdependence on your reception staff is not avoidable. Besides, Old patients are treated even more rudely. Sir, At times it is even conveyed by your staff that "Sir is now Old and is not able to see as many patients". Sir, I request you to Institute a system to give appointment. Please weed out individuals who are maligning your reputation.
