but once i consulted her could understand my stiff neck & shoulder line (constant desk work and cell phone usage) after couple of exercises it felt entire neck & shoulder were free & light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a proximal tibia compres fracture and applied plaster on that. After removing plaster I consulted to Dr. Forum for physiotherapy and her suggested exersise work very well. I recommend her for good physiotherapy consultation. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Therapist Forum initial assessment was extremely thorough. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was operating my mom. My mom was diagnosed with Gagarin because of that we have to amputee her left leg. She helped building my mom’s strength back, Kept her motivated through out the physiotherapy sessions. She is very attentive and listens closely to what you need. I especially appreciate that she explains things. I completely trust in her care and the plan that she has in place for my mom’s recovery. The exercises helped my mom’s movement in joints. Her stretching and strength building is improved. Recovery was faster than we expect at that point.
I highly recommend her services and sincerely grateful for the care and help she have done for my mom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience has been great with Forum. I had an acute pain in my knees and was on medication for almost 3 months with no improvement. Took physiotherapy treatment from Forum for 15 days and continuing the same at home now under her guidance. My knees are relaxed now and my medication has stopped. Highly recommended Dr Forum Shah for the result.
