Please improve hygiene doctor. Is this how doctors maintain? how do you prescribe to patients when your cannot take care of your premises. Staff is so rude. And no care of Patients time. I waited almost 3 hours. Another lady came with pain and front office girls asked her to Wait as there were other patients check up lined. Atleast you can have something like an emergency. But Diagnosis is appreciable. Hence 3star.

During our process of getting the appointment with the doctor, my wife and I had the worst experience. The staff is horrible and completely rude. They are illiterate people who can’t even communicate in basic English. They also have the audacity to ask the reason behind meeting the doctor as if they have any education or standard to understand the situation. On communicating with them with a lot of patience for an hour they still don’t understand anything. On asking to talk to the doctor they refuse initially and finally on connecting to the doctor she acts in the same way as her staff. Apparently there is no difference between them. Being here for the first time I regretted my decision and highly recommend everyone to avoid this hospital and the doctor entirely.

Doctor is good, But the receptionist, staffs need to be changed their attitude is pathetic. No proper management, appointment is given for 12 and for all patients for that day and then there is no number system so why do we need to take appointment at first place? Later on if you are need to be send in again after few scans you have to wait again for 2-3 hours, they randomly send patient for checkup. This needs to be changed, this is a hospital not a bank some might be in serious trouble and by waiting for so long may impact their health too.

Good doctors and they feel you like home, they made this crucial time very smooth for us. I recommend this hospital for maternity process.

No guidance about lactation even to new mothers who doesn't know anything. no arrangement of physiotherapist for patients. Harsh answers to the questions if asked to the doctor. (In case of lactation, teaching of holding technique, what to eat what not this is not sufficient, some patient face problem like block nipple flat nipple. Madam just don't have answers for this, their nursing staff just don't know many things, rooms in the hospital are below expectations ,as a gynecologist and o obstetrician you need to be polite with patient, one should guide new mother's about Post nasel. Just putting informative video on fb is not sufficient practical guidance is what helps. Hope other patient will not suffer these issues.miss management is the again problem but that many people have already talked about. In my last few days of delivery i need to wait 3 hour and the same day dr said due to some complication need to do c section tomorrow itself. Atleast patients with last moth should be given priority to meet dr. So that last minute mess can be avoided. Many more worst experiences can't put everything here.

First time in 2001 came here for delivery.... good experience. Now for some other medical care, need hospitalisation... very good experience. The team of Doctor's are very supportive and make the patient at ease. Good coordination between the staff... No complaints. Dr. Vijaylaxmi and Dr. Shilpa are two gem of persons. Hats off for the work they do???

Both the lady doctors are extremely good and give appropriate feedback but reception folks need LOTS of improvement. Easy option would be to provide tokens to patients as currently patients seem to be sent inside randomly. In spite of being the only waiting patient, a new couple will be sent first (even though pregnancy is not even advanced). They don't track what is the average time taken per patient. If they start doing so, at least they can give better estimate of waiting time to patients. Not all patients can afford to take leaves from office every time there is a scheduled consultation. The sonography doctor just wants to complete his list of patients in one hour. He'll have multiple patients for sonography in the room (no privacy), will complete his scan in 5 mins (hurriedly) and then wait for about 30 mins to give the report. We have had two such experiences, once he came 45 mins late and told us that we need to come early as at times the scan are not correct!! That made no sense as he himself was 45 mins late for the first scan. The other time he gave a report stating the heart beats were not clear and recommended a second scan. We then did the same scan again on the same day for another Rs 2k at another hospital where the lady doctor took good 20 mins to scan and confirm that everything was alright and there was no cause of concern or panic. This was our 5 month of pregnancy. If visiting the hospital, be prepared to wait at least 1.5 - 2 hrs even if it is a scheduled appointment. And take laptop with you in case you need to work. Again, both the lady doctors are good and recommended!

Doctor is so experienced ....good behaviour of doctor But staff is forget your appointment ....we should to remember them 2...3 times about our appointment and receptionist and staff need to change their this type of behavior Staff behaviour is not good they treat like people are foolish
