★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys, I would say very poor experience. my mother had few check ups and Dr. Gaurav Chawla gave medicine, within one day she was feeling very sick now we wanted to contact dr. but we could not. we called again and again but they never made us talk with dr. Here I want to tell you that my mother lives 150km away from Kanpur so it was not possible to take her again and again to doctor. We requested many times on call but all waste. . I would say dr. please improve the communication with your patience and also please teach your staff some politeness.
