Excellent and a highly knowledgeable Doctor. Just wanted to say many thanks to Dr. Gaurav, me being a Sportsperson (cricketer) got diagnosed with a severe ulnar nerve injury in my left arm. There was compression on my ulnar Nerve due to excessive growth of Anconeus muscle initially, it started with numbness and inflammation in my last and ring finger followed by loss of grip. Being an all-rounder, left-hand bowler losing the strength of my arm was really devastating; I could not grip my bat for more than 6 months. Initially, I went to Neurologists and Orthopedics they recommended me to take complete rest and allow it to heal naturally and repeat my Never test on 6 weekly bases to see the recovery. We did that for 12-18 weeks but no changes were found hence, I was suggested a surgery where the excessive growth of Anconeus epitrochlearis muscle would be cut and Nerve would be released to ease the flow, However, how successful this would be was something everyone doubted since it was a very very rare injury and no doctor had experienced this kind of surgery (I was to go to a plastic surgeon for it since it was a very fine work). I was quite skeptical about doing it as no one actually had any experience expertise to do it. That is when I started looking out for  A physiotherapist who could help me release the nerve which eventually would help me recover. I met Dr.Gaurav on recommendation by my friend . I still remember my day 1 at his clinic he looked at me and said “waah bahot kaam hai, ekdum alag hai maza aayega theek karne mei” and the confidence with which he spoke I was 100% sure would recover. And that’s how my journey with Dr.Gaurav began, within initial 3 weeks I able to grip a ball after 6 months and within 45 days I was back to my practice session and weight training. I could grip my bat and hit the ball, though strength was compromised but the inflammation, numbness, and burning had reduced drastically. After 2.5 months of regular sessions, rehab, and exercise I now have regained my strength completely. He also worked on my posture, Pelvic simultaneously that has really helped perform better at the gym and on the field. All I want to say is Dr. Gaurav thank you for helping me, educating me, and replying to all my questions patiently. Today I am back on the field, lifting good weights and performing better because of your guidance and treatment you gave. Hats off to you doc for all that you do to make our lives so painless and injury-free

A big thanks to Dr. Gaurav sharma, he is highly knowledgeable and best in diagnosis as I came to him with an acute back pain and I was really surprised to see almost 80% recovery with in a day itself. Dr. Gaurav is very meticulous about his approach towards patient's injury. He explained in detail about my spine disc bulge and also charted out the whole treatment plan which gave me utmost confidence here. I had tried some physiotherapists in New Delhi but nothing comes close to this one in professionalism. Other doctors, especially Dr. Sudha, are very empathetic and caring. Even with a lot of patients around, they always have their eyes on you making sure you're doing your exercises right. I had a great experience here. I'll gladly recommend this place to my friends and family, if need be.

The best physio in town! Dr.Gaurav is a highly knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist and is a master at his craft. I came to the Sterling Sports and Spine Physiotherapy centre with a severe disc herniation which was causing me immense pain and discomfort and had almost made it impossible to perform normal day to day activities, much less play my sport. Other specialists I had gone to suggested surgery straight away, but Dr. Gaurav was the first person to assure me that only physiotherapy would be required. He not only reduced the pain and discomfort very quickly, he got me back on the field in record time! Along with the rehabilitation exercises, which realigned and strengthened my spine, he also suggested some biomechanical changes to my bowling action that helped me going forward. I played my first match after the injury in less than half the time other "specialists" had suggested. He helped me in the same way with a SLAP tear I had in my shoulder a little while later. The staff at the centre is very competent and always have a positive attitude. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a physio to pay him a visit!
