★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i ever had from any Doctor..Mr. Gawand is a theif in white apron..he only knows to charge exhorbitantly for basic dental procedures; which hardly last for few months. Above all he is the most unprofessional Dr i have met with no value for peoples time and lacks basic Courtesy and mannerisms when talking to his clients. I used to travel all the way from Borivali to Dadar taking leave from my workplace and then he makes you wait minimum 40-45 min sometimes more and says its not my mistake that you had to wait..imagine a Dr saying this to his patients. Also because of his carelessnes he gave me a wrong appointment and wasted my time and money for which, he not only shamelessly denied as his mistake but blamed me for it.
Think twice before you go to such Dr. who doesnt have any sense and Mannerisms on how to talk with clients but are only there to do business.

Visit him only if:
1. You have too much money to shell out in cash (yes in this digital age too, he accepts payment only in cash)
2. You have all the time in the world to wait endlessly for your appointment. Yes, that is a big part of his job (to make people wait for hours even after taking an appointment)
3. You have ample of time and money. Even the smallest dental problem will cost you not less than 2k (per visit) and he will make sure you have to take multiple visits and charge you each time
4. You can deal with unprofessionalism. This applies to the doctor and his untrained staff who say one thing, write another on their register and have the audacity to justify it
5. You have the highest level of tolerance for ignorance and substandard work. Yes after everything one would at least expect the job to be done right. But not with this Dentist.
My advice, refrain from using his services and save your self time, money and mental peace
