To be genuine the experience of Dr. Pokharna is out of the world, I think he doesn't need reviews to get justified; his patients feels it and believes it. My family first visited the Doctor when I was studying in 11th Std and suffering from Tuberculosis; Doctor treated me with minimum required medicines and drips and almost no restrictions in eating choices. He is best Physician out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He has earlier been the familys doctor. But by the time he has become greedy in need of money. Too greedy for money. At every stage he will ask for blood test and urine test though it is not required, this is because he owns perfect diagnostics. He will not accept other reports other than perfect. I have seen the deterioration in his service since last 15 years. I would never ever recommend this doctor in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my number after waiting for 45 mins. When I went inside, there were so many patients already present for the treatment in his cabin. He was not giving proper attention to any of us. Within 2 minutes I was out of the clinic with the prescription handed over to me by him. Now I need to consult some other doctor because of his lack of attention towards his patients. I am highly unsatisfied with the treatment and his attitude towards his patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been going to this doctor for years. Was blind sided by how money making machine he has become. He is more concerned about his diagnostic business compared to actual consultation.
One instance during covid was paying him 500 rs for online consultation for covid and getting same pre set prescription. Doctor did not bother to add patient's name on the prescription. No specific consultation to the patiet was given. That prescription had n number of tests and was loaded with medicines.
Have to look for a new doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0n the 07th of August I visited the clinic at 1045 am to report my diarrhoea for last 24 hours. The clinic wasn't a friendly atmosphere, I face this everywhere due to language barrier in Surat. Which is usual and I can ignore the same.
The doctor was very friendly, communicated with me in English, examined me properly and pescribed medicines. He charged me INR 300 rupees for consultation and INR 587 was the medicine cost he prescribed. I took the medicine for three times on the 07th and 1 time on the 08th, it's 09 am on the 08th August now and I'm typing this review sitting in toilet since my diarrhoea hasn't stopped now. I'm feeling more weaker than yesterday. Clearly the medicines hasn't worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr pokharna sir is our family doctor since last 25 years..nd has treated my four generation..He is always smiling ..very attentive ..nd always there in our medical needs..His team is very helpful well behaved nd management is superb..diagnosis is always accurate..even smtimes wen pokharna sir ws nt well den also he picked up d calls nd gave response to us .. wen in need ur docter is always wid u any time ..dat quality makes him differnt frm others ...

Generally have seen the patients waiting for long for their chance to visit the doctor , but here it's very convenient as the management is very good. Also the doctor and his team is very cooperative and supportive. Thanks a lot for always being there for us.
