Mismanaged enterprise
Upon calling thrice prior coming in, I had to wait for 50 minutes and was told there are 5 patients before you
I asked them why couldnβt they Tell me on the phone about this, to which they replied, they canβt inform every patient
I asked them that when I called specially to ask them, why didnβt they say anything on the call
Not everyone can afford to take a leave from work to get a test done
I am paying the full amount, the least I deserve is respect for my time!

β β β β β Slacker staff [avoid hard work]. My son was recommended for blood and urine test after kidney stone like symptoms. These people did RBC, WBC, and urine pathology test and escaped from doing CALCIUM, URIC ACID, PHOSPHATE Test. They think people are illiterate and just befool them. Useless doctors and staff.

β β β β β Almost all tests are available here and the management is perfect in their job. I remember the way that girl named Abhilasha Mathur listen to the patients and with soft spoken words sort out their queries... 5 star to Goyal lab ?

β β β β β Pathetic experience of my wife during her medical test in lab. The radiologist was very rude and didn't have manners how to talk with patients. The way she spoke to my wife was very unprofessional and should be improved in future. My wife was in tears for at least 2 hours. Will not recommend this lab to my near and dear ones.
