★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue for medicine because the person assigned to distribute medicine is incompetent and not serious about his duty.He just doesn't care that patients are standing for so long in such harsh weather and also they do not provide complete medicines ;if u have been prescribed for 7 days then you will get medicine for 2 days only,maybe they are selling extras .. arvind kejriwal who is so proud of his hospital facilities should also look into its working that people are doing their jobs or not ..it is a very serious issue he should counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are highly professional with wonderful work ethics, especially Dr. Nadeem (Who works in Emergency ward no.5). A very kind person with a cure to almost everything. The working staff is also very helpful. Infrastructure is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m heartily n truly thankful to the doctors of the hospital they really turned me in right condition n i was admitted for 10 days never i got disturbed by any of staff unnecessarily we also have some duties as a patient n we need to understand that doctors experienced n really best???????

Dr. In headgevar hospital and I'm diabitic but he treated me very well and very nice behavior, he always smile which gives postivity to the patient.. Because if ur dr. Treated u very nicely and talk to u with a very nice smile...

.kitchen is also very clean....all staff behave very good....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital in East Delhi. If you have some jack( known person) then you get test (madical test like ,x ray, test). One good thing is less crowded comparing GTBH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best govt hospitals in east delhi. But due to bad behaviour of some staff people don't recommend this hospital.
Even doctors misbehaves many times with the patients and they dont come often to check the condition of the patient.
Also, keep one thing in your mind if any doctor asks you to get any test done from the labs which are in front of the hospital then please avoid getting tested from those labs. Doctors have their comissions fixed just because of that these labs are charging high amounts.
This hospital is always so much crowded whether its OPD or emergency. So it takes a lot of time for the treatment
