★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behavior is very rude. I Went there for an x-ray of my wife. While in waiting for the turn I went to collect case related documents related to case during that time my wife’s turn came and she was struggling to reach x-ray room. One of the patron in waiting helped to my wife and staff was watching instead of helping the patient to reach to Xray room, by the time I turned up and told staff “can’t you help a patient to go to X-ray too ? They replied rude “ aa amari jawab dari nathi”.
When gave feedback to Dr. Doshi about his staff. He replied “ a to staff me help karvi hoy to kare nahitar naa kare”.
Dr. Doshi doesn’t have manner how to talk either. It seems he is flying high in sky and not down to earth at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is unprofessional. Sonography gel was applied and a staff came in saying "tamne bolave che" and the doctor just went away. He was back in 5 mins but this is absolutely unprofessional. When will the healthcare professionals be mature!!!?????
To your reply - I understand the emergency but you didn't show the courtesy to even tell the patient that you have an emergency and will be back in so and so time. And honestly, "tamne bolave che" doesn't sound like an emergency. This is even serious as you and your staff should use appropriate codes to address emergencies(code red/blue etc)
Not reviewed you to criticize but you should accept that there is a scope of improvement.
