★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience...she treated my mother who is diabetic since 4 Years.....now she has a better glycemic control than ever+Dr Ma'am herself gave the nutrition therapy details unlike others who would redirect you to a nutritionist to make buck..
PS:A nutritionist shoulf fo nutritionist's job is not always true...m telling u from my experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is specially written for Dr. Prafulla his management is very bad not a proper thing his staff member is treating as they itself is a Dr. Try to avoid this one many good doctor are available in nagpur city.. not a good experience and his staff guy yogesh is totally arogant ... Please do not waste your time in visiting such a doctor it's a personal experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience , there was no patient with the doctor and the doctor was chatting with somebody for more then 1 hour and we were waiting during that period. We realised that doctor was not concerned about the patient, though she was informed that patient is already waiting, we had to leave that place withoit any checkup as we had another appointment. Our whole day was wasted because of travelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will treat their family friends first. Their boys attendants also send their relatives. We gone first but they sent someone else who came late. And they were looking friends from behaviour. There is no management at all! Fed up with this. This is not done! There is some ethics which doctor should follow. They take oath. For them every patient is same. Then why this partiality?? They will collect patients in bulk and send them very slowly after their personals treated

My father in law has a tumor like formation between the eyes. We were recommended to go to Dr Praful Shembalkar. He had suggested to go for hormonal test and he in turn recommended to his wife, Dr Jayshri Shembalkar.
She didn’t even check the reports properly. She was telling us why did you come here. She was telling us that we are confused. We asked her what should we do next, she said to us that it’s up to you.
She in turn recommended us to a third doctor. When asked why this doctor then she said that we are connected so recommending to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor ever, money-minded, the clinic is very unhygienic, she does not have the interest to know patient's problem, she randomly asked me to increase my insulin dose every third day till I find my fasting sugar in control, when I asked her for how many days, she says as long as you get 110-120. She did not talk about my food habits, exercise, or any lifestyle change.
