★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with Dr Kalpesh Trivedi. He had arranged an ultrasound guided steroid injection for my frozen shoulder at Infocus Diagnostics. He turned up over 1 hour late. He messed up the injection so I had a violent reaction. He took no responsibility for the patient and disappeared even before I had fully recovered. Infocus Diagnostics also has no facilities or staff to deal with patients when things go wrong. He lacked the basic courtesy to even call his patient later to find out if I was OK. Dr Trivedi displayed a lack of ethics and I would not recommend him.
