★ ★ ★ ★ ★ मेरी बेटी को बहुत बुरी स्कीन समस्या है मैं बहुत उम्मीद से डॉक्टर कपिल रस्तोगी के पास गया मेरे दो बार में ही 3 हजार रुपए खर्च हो गए लें 7 दिन दवाई खिलाई लेकिन 1% असर नहीं दिखा दवाई बहुत बेकार है डॉक्टर का व्यवहार भी सही नहीं लगा मरीज की पूरी बात भी नही सुनता ।
 My daughter has a very bad skin problem, I went to the doctor Kapil Rastogi with a lot of hope, I spent 3 thousand rupees in two times, took medicine for 7 days but did not show 1% effect, the medicine is very useless, the doctor's behavior is also not right. It seemed that he did not even listen to the whole thing of the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and doctor is not professional at all and follow a so called 'first come first serve' basis of attending patients which actually is not the case. The staff first send persons (patients) in doctor's room whom they know personally or as per their own wish and other people keep waiting like fools. And when you complain about it to the doctor hoping that being an educated person at least he will understand the concern, he also supports his staff only and on top of that he might even say "dikhana hai to dikhao nahi to kahi or dikha lo" like he said to me. Be ready to wait for twice or thrice the time that would actually take to attend the patients in que.
स्टाफ और डॉक्टर बिल्कुल भी पेशेवर नहीं हैं और मरीजों को देखने के तथाकथित 'पहले आओ पहले पाओ' के आधार का पालन करते हैं जो वास्तव में ऐसा नहीं है। स्टाफ पहले व्यक्तियों (मरीजों) को डॉक्टर के कमरे में भेजता है जिन्हें वे व्यक्तिगत रूप से या अपनी इच्छा के अनुसार जानते हैं और अन्य लोग मूर्खों की तरह इंतजार करते रहते हैं। और जब आप इसके बारे में डॉक्टर से शिकायत करते हैं कि एक शिक्षित व्यक्ति होने के नाते कम से कम वह चिंता को समझेगा, तो वह भी केवल अपने कर्मचारियों का समर्थन करता है और उसके ऊपर वह यह भी कह सकता है कि "दिखाना है तो दिखो नहीं तो कहीं या दिख लो" जैसे उसने मुझसे कहा। कतार में लगे मरीजों को देखने में लगने वाले समय में दो या तीन बार प्रतीक्षा करने के लिए तैयार रहें।

And when you complain about it to the doctor that being an educated person at least he will understand the concern, he also only supports his staff and on top of that he can also say "show so If not look then look somewhere or look" as he told me. Be prepared to wait two or three times the time it takes to see patients in queues.
