★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. V had taken ac room for our patient but room was not at all worth 4500.. dirty toilet .. congested room ..
2. Unnecessary security deposit of 40000 rupees amount was taken with surety of refund on discharge but then suddenly they made a big bill amount of around 15000 excluding the consultation fees for jst 12 hrs of stay .. 1 tramadol injection.. and 1 ecg ..
On questioning the nurses had no answer .. when asked for detail bill reciept with stamp of the hospital and sign of the concerned person they returned around 8000 Rs amount
3. Blood pressure was checked but nurse was not ready to tell us bp readings ..
4. V were charged for edta and plain bulbs which are used to collect blood samples without any blood investigations done for patient.
On the whole not good experience at all.. and strongly not recommended to any1..
V could figure out everything coz v were educated .. i wonder what they must b doing to illiterate people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear shrusthi maybe you were looking for some free consultation or in the price of peanuts expecting cashew, i personally know the hospital staff, they all are very calm and supporting, dr khandeparkar is too humble person, staff supporting pts like a family members. Hope you dont mind bt not expecting this kind of negative review for well established, well known hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Not a good experience.. no explanation was given by the staffs before every procedure .. after care of the procedure was also not done..
2. Staffs enter without knocking the door
3. Male staffs were not accompanied with female nurse when they entered the female patient's room.
4. Patient was left exposed once ECG was done with leads on for around 20 mins ..
5. Vitals were checked of the patient but when asked about the readings nurses were not ready to tell..
6. V were billed for the things which were not done for the patient
7. Meals for the patient were not as per the diet plan and requirement of the patient
8. Felt like rooms and services were overpriced.
10. Continuous shouting and talking loudly outside the rooms which was disturbing for the patient
11. No staff came to the room to give oral medications.. none of them inquired if patient had already taken the oral medications
12. V had to struggle and wait for long hrs for billing process along with the patient making her to suffer after discharge .. silly excuses were givn..
I wonder on what basis people have rated this hospital with 5 stars ..
Not happy with the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Dr. Khandeparkar's Hospital is located in Dadar East ( Hindu Colony ).
2. If you are travelling by train, there are two nearby station is Dadar and Matunga.
3. You have to carry cash because this Hospital only accept cash payment.
4. Cleanliness needs to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid visiting, consulting or calling Dr. shubhada khandeparkar under any circumstances. She is just behind earning and extracting money from patients. I had visited her for my wife's fertility problems - instead of giving the solution - she prescribed medicines which had so many side effects on my wife. Also, when we called her to ask why does the medicine has so many side effects - she said that we shud visit her clinic. She did this so that she can extract more money from the patient. Also, her junior doctor - is also behind extracting money from patients - she advised us that we should find an urgent solution for our fertility problems as these should not come at a young age. Infact when we visited another gynac, he completely disregarded the medicines given by shubhada khandeparkar and said that all these have no relation with fertility. Plus, the sonography machine kept by the doctor is very outdated. I strongly suggest to ban this doctor from practicing as a gynac.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to go to this clinic , no doubt they are just behind money I had UTI problems and use to visit here , never gave me proper solution. Later for my same problem I did visit a HOD in sion hospital Dr. Sawant and was treated completely and was also made aware why I was having such problem, this changed my views about government hospital , where in real sense they do serve the patients. This people are just behind money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Khandekar hospital is very good for orthopedic. Dr. Khander is very positively examining the patient and as per situation they are giving suggestion to patient what is better for patient. Hospital is very neat and clean. Nursing staff is well experienced and soft-spoken.Housekeeping staff is also clam and good. Administration is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Shubhada Khandeparkar is an excellent doctor and a person. She helped me with my pregnancy and I cannot thank her enough. She does not make you take unnecessary tests and explains her line of treatment very well. You can ask her any number of questions and she will answer you patiently. Even the staff at the hospital are very friendly and genuine. She's the best doctor for fertility issues as well. Personally I didn't face any issue with doctor or the clinic. She is always a call away incase of emergencies and will ensure to call you back if she misses your call. Just trust her treatment and follow the process to the T.
