★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is rude in her behaviour and there is no professionalism at the clinic. I had an appointment for 1:00PM and I almost waited till 2:30 to get consultation from the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never ever seen more unprofessional doctor like him in my life. I got an appointment of 5 pm at his clinic for my wife gastero issue. So we, me my wife and my 1 year old daughter reached there at 4.45. Doctor wasn't there and receptionist said that doctor will come in sometime and only patient is allowed inside, so had to stand along with my daughter outside the clinic. Doctor didn't come till 5.45 then we asked is he coming, receptionist again said that yes he is on the way, again more 30 mins went, somehow I arranged doctors numbers to just ask that are you comi g or not because we are waiting here with my kid from last 1.5 hours, but no response, instead he messaged to ask who is this. Called again, disconnected again, then I messaged him are you coming, he said yes by 6.45. Ok so then again we waited and receptionist said that you can sit in your vehicle i will call you once doctor reach. But no call received, we went up to ask and by then doctor has come and he was doinf endoscopy, when asked reciptionist said that wait for 10 mins doctor will come and see, this is 7pm now from 4.45. Then comes the best part, after 15 minutes, receptionist comes and tell my wife that doctor can't see as it will take time. Doesn't he has courtesy to tell his patients if he can't see them on time, can't he call back, can't he inform his staff to reschedule appointments?
After that we asked can we get tomorrow morning 1st appointment after so much of inconvenience, answer is no, it's booked, Cann I give you next week. Really? Dr kiran shinde, how can you take patients so light and how can i doctor be so unprofessional? You can't inform a needy patient waiting for you by leaving all his important task and with a kid??
HE IS SOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WON'T REFER THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE. PLEASE GO AT YOUR OWN RISK...
