Dr. Kothiwala's SkinEva Clinic - Jaipur

I had the most horrible experience of my life with 'Skineva' clinic. I decided to take laser hair removal for below knees area and went Skineva clinic for this treatment. For first session the doctor kept the laser power at 18 (or something like this, as mentioned in my file given by them) and my legs got burned up but The Doctor, over there, said it is superficial crusting and it will be alright within a couple of months. I talked to the doctor and he convinced me to go for the second session and said they will keep the temperature controlled this time. The second session was done directly, at a much higher temperature of 25/26 that literally burnt my whole legs this time (pictures attached). When I went to doctor with this, he again said it will be fine in 6 months or so. Devastated and highly disappointed with this experience! Firstly, Do not make stories of me telling you or complaining about any other clinic. I never complained about my previous laser clinic. Yes I went to another clinic before coming to yours (I went to just one more clinic before I came to yours and NOT “2 CLINICS” which you have mentioned again and again.) and yes it is true that I discontinued from there and the reason was that the lady doctor or cosmetologist who was performing laser on my legs left job there and I was not comfortable with the new one (also I took 2 sessions of IPL and couldn’t see results) and it is the same story that I told you as well. Secondly, I knew you will say this that I “insisted” you to give more sessions before my wedding so I can have results but it is absolutely wrong. I never said it to you but since I have no written proof for that I cannot prove it here. Third. Then you wrote “I came to you for another session even when there was no hair growth”. I have the file and its written in there as well that my first session was in July first week and the second session was on 5th September. It is obvious to see growth in 2 months. So DON’T LIE. TEMPERATURE - Energy setting was set at 26 in the next session which was painful. No matter what type of hair there are but you cannot jump from 18 to 26. Think about it. I have the file and I will post a picture of it next. VERY IMPORTANT. It is a basic sense that hair removal will not solve problem of scars so don’t mislead people again that I came to you with scars and got laser hair removal. This is very common sense and nobody will believe on this lie. About burning – All the burning scars started appearing from second day and I called the clinic to talk to the doctor. Your clinic said he is out of town and then I received his messages on whatsapp as well and I have those chats as well. I was given an application to apply and was told that “be patient, it will be gone in couple of months’ time”. SO I CONTACTED THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER THE SCARS APPEARED. If you have more than 500 people then why didn’t you show me just one example of someone who got the same scars with laser when I asked you to??? Nobody burns with laser! Please don’t try to misguide people by saying I had “PROBLEM” with other clinic and I can give contact of them as well. YES I WAS PRETTY MUCH ABLE TO ASK FOR REFUND FROM THEM AND I GOT THE WHOLE REFUND AS WELL from the previous clinic and that too very promptly and rightly. Again when you are saying that I should be grateful to you for refund so please know that “you had to refund because you knew you have made a mess”. Lastly I have written my EXPERIENCE with you and your clinic and my motive is not to misguide people but I have right to share my own experience with others. My email id is mentioned who wants to know about my previous clinic experience and if they want to see my files and prescriptions from your clinic as well. I have all the proofs and I am not just wasting my time writing about just one clinic. I have never written negative about anyone or any company before but how painful the whole experience is has made me write this review.

I can see some patients are not able to realise the depth of knowledge and the richness of the vast experience accredited by Dr Sunil Kothiwala. He is capable of delivering unbelievable results. My personal experience with dr kothiwala is very sweet. My acute fungal infection which I tried to get treated by several docs in my city was finally got cured through his treatment. On several other occasions his treatment proves worthy of trying. And why not, dr kothiwala is a top class well qualified professional from AIIMS. So friends don’t carried away by reviews from some frenzied patients.
