I booked a consultation with Dr. KUNAL DAS at 9pm using Parcto and i had the worst experience of my life. The doctor just didnt turn up for the video consultation. I called the clinic 3 times and they asked me wait for an hour and confirmed that doctor will take the consultation.and the after waiting almost 60 minutes, guess what, the doctor did not turn up and they also stopped picking up my called.
Such doctors should be barred from practicing who do not value the time of other and leave their patetients in such a condition. At 10pm in the night i could not get any medical help as no other doctor was available.
I would not recommend this doctor to anybody. HIGHLY U PROFESSIONAL, NO VALUE OF TIME AND NO VALUE FOR PATIENTS. REFRAIN FROM CONSULTING THIS DOCTOR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to meet at personal clinic than manipal otherwise you will spend a lot of money on meaningless tests. He prescribed me hydrogen breath test, endoscopy and numerous expensive tests when there was no need at all.
A second time, due to non alcoholic fatty liver, he asked me to undergo fibroscan. God bless him.
