Money wasted
Time wasted
Three and a half years of suffering and still I’m not satisfied with the result.
I got my braces done about three and a half years ago.
Earlier I didn’t have “BUCK TEETH” but now I have and all Thanks to Dr. Vineet (He did my treatment). I have discussed multiple times about this whole Buck teeth concern that I have to Dr. Vineet and Dr. Kundra but they always gave me some sort of explanation consisting of some medical terms to convince me that its(BUCK TEETH) for my long term smile…Like REALLY!!?
One more thing I didn’t like is professionalism. I have to call them every month to know the timing of my next appointment. So, In December, 2021 I decided not to and see if they will call me for the appointment or not and till now they haven’t. After I made a full payment this is what I get. Then 3 days ago I called Dr. Kundra and asked him about this behavior So, he told me that there was some issue going on regarding building or something and if there is something like that at least you should inform your patients. How much time it will take!? I am so disappointed.
After giving my 3.5 years of time and money I still have to see some other doctor to fix this.
P.S = Nothing against anyone. I am just sharing my experience.
