★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting the clinic for my ortho treatment for over four years. Initially things were good and the treatment went really well. But in the last couple of years I have seen that the doctor has focussed more on making money rather than giving time to his patients. If you take an appointment, you will still have to wait in a line as there are so many patients and so few dentists available. Earlier I was so happy with the services of this clinic but recently my tooth relapsed and I spent close to 15000 INR for dentures to get them in better shape. But all in vain , there is not even 1% improvement in my condition and all my money is wasted. So, now I am continuing my treatment with another doctor and have spent money twice for the same work. So disappointed. When I brought this to the attention of the doctor that I have wasted my money on treatment and have not got any positive effect out of it, he started blaming me for all of it. He told me that I didnot come on time that is why my treatment of ortho (braces) wasnot successful. The truth is that I attended all appointments on time and had to wait about half an hour to one hour in the waiting area as the doctor was never available on the appointment time. There was always a long list of patients that had to be attended before me. So I just left from there and now going to some other doctor. I have also realised that the charges for various treatments are more at Dr. Lal Clinic as compared to other dental clinics in Delhi. So, whoever is willing to start their dental journey with this clinic, may God bless them!
