★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care service is worst. That female staff who sits at the last seat on the counter doesn't know how to communicate with people, she is so rude. Please teach some etiquettes to your staffs. Plus ultrasound department is very poor, they don't have proper knowledge so their reports are not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome. Very specious for sitting. Enough proficient staff is there for helping and doing required tests. Neat and hygienic place. It can be improved by making Token display operational so everyone can sit on the chair without confusing nd making rush however sitting on counter person calling the token number every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well organized center for all the pathological tests. They offer MRI & CT scan services too. Proper seating arrangements for all the visitors and there is one water dispenser machine at the entrance.... I really liked their token number display system, where you can wait for you turn, until it is displayed on the screen.Good infrastructure, cleanliness and professional attitude of employees here is plus point for this center. Visitors can collect their reports in person or simply download from their website.Test reports are usually given on the same day, within few hours.Moreover they have certain discount schemes for Central government and state government employees. For that you can simply contact their help desk in the branch. Overall I had a very satisfactory experience here.....
